Lewis Computer Services, Inc. is privately held and
is not a subsidiary of any other organization. It offers three primary
products: Patron and Prompt support electronic
billing and scheduling; Receivables Master supports accounts
receivable management through electronic communications with Medicare
Fiscal Intermediaries. A clinical point-of-care module for Patron
is soon to be released.

Lewis introduced DOS-based Prompt in 1986 and Windows-based
Patron in 1999. 1,130 home care providers use one or the
other product at 1,174 locations. One-half of Receivables Master
customers are also Prompt or Patron users. Customers
are in all geographic regions, with a concentration in the Southeast.
Lewis' typical customer is a Medicare certified, not-for-profit,
small- to medium-sized, free-standing home health provider operating
from a single site. No one customer represents more than 5% of the
company's revenue. Lewis derives 100% of its income from home care
systems.
