McKesson Extended Care Solutions (ECS) is a business unit of McKesson
Information Solutions, which is part of McKesson Corporation, a
pharmaceutical distributor. ECS provides Windows-based software
systems for home care and hospice providers. The primary product,
Horizon Homecare, supports financial/administrative and
clinical functions, includes a laptop/notebook point-of-care module, an integrated telephony component and an integrated home telehealth system through an agreement with Health Hero Network. Management reporting is supported and an executive dashboard is available.
